I moved to NYC after graduating from college in TX to get some solid design experience for a "couple of years". Somehow that "couple of years" became 18 years in NYC, with a lot of travel to Europe and Asia, and my career in the fashion industry had grown to include home furnishings. After all those years, my husband and I decided to make a HUGE lifestyle change for our family and moved to AZ, once again for a "couple of years". While in AZ I followed my passion for design and moved into graphic design.

My background in fashion and home furnishings is reflected in my approach to graphic design, as I lean toward cohesive color stories and rich textures. In addition to designing products in the fashion and home industries, I loved being involved in building new brands. So, it makes sense that my work in graphic design led to concept design and brand development, too. I love the challenge of working with people to learn about their vision, and to transform those thoughts and ideas into the visual.

I would say my superpower is adaptability. I excel at working with all different kinds of people, and I can stay productive and flexible in the midst of shifting priorities and changes of direction as a project develops.
